About Me
I currently teach ESL (English as a Second Language) as an itinerant teacher for Carroll County School System.
I recently completed my Reading Endorsement through West Georgia RESA. I am working on my M.Ed. in Inclusive Education – TESOL at Kennesaw State University. I will complete my M.Ed. in Spring of 2012. I was recently nominated as the M.Ed. University Scholar at KSU.
My current research involves identifying the most effective ESOL instructional delivery models. My professional interests include pedagogy, critical theory, educational psychology, and social justice issues.
No stopping after the M.Ed., on to an Ed.D./Ph.D. after this. I graduated in 1996 with my bachelor’s degree in secondary education – history from Toccoa Falls College.
